Background & Human Impact
Aspiring overseas workers often travel hundreds of kilometers from remote rural upazilas to Dhaka for document submissions, trade tests, and employer interviews. Because an overseas job is a milestone for an entire household, candidates are frequently accompanied by elderly parents, spouses, or close family members.
Long, exhausting bus journeys, harsh weather conditions, and unfamiliar urban environments frequently take a heavy physical toll. When an accompanying parent suddenly experiences acute fever, hypertension spike, dehydration, or exhaustion in Dhaka, the family has nowhere to turn and no spare cash for private clinics.
Under the direct guidance of Mohammed Tajul Islam, this welfare protocol was established across agency facilities. The rule is absolute: if an overseas candidate or any accompanying family member falls sick on-site, they receive immediate, complete, free medical care without hesitation.
