Workforce Deployment Operations: We run recruitment that supplies skilled and unskilled workers to employers in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Bilateral Deployment Corridors: He established bilateral deployment corridors with verified employers across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, and Malaysia.
Trade Testing & Skills Assessment: We arrange trade tests, skill assessments and interviews for employer representatives, so each employer meets the right candidates.
Demand Verification & BMET Clearance: We verify what employers really need, collect the legal employment documents and get BMET clearance under Bangladesh government rules.
Digital Vetting & Tracking Systems: He engineered automated candidate vetting and credential-tracking systems to guarantee regulatory compliance and eliminate fraud.
Ethical Standards & Negotiations: He leads international employer negotiations and enforces zero-compromise ethical recruitment protocols.
