Organization Overview

NewsAxis Media Ltd. (NewsAxis) is a multilingual news site that reports on safe and fair migration. It is run by Bangladeshi experts and volunteers, and gives students, job seekers, business migrants and their families reliable news, in-depth analysis and early warnings about Malaysia, the Middle East and other destinations. Readers can follow verified stories in five languages: English, Bengali, Malay, Hindi and Arabic.

People often decide to migrate with incomplete or misleading information, and a wrong decision costs vulnerable workers and families the most. NewsAxis exists to get timely, accurate and useful information to migrant communities before they hand over money or identity documents.
