Organization Overview

Application Mentors Ltd. is a software company based in Bangladesh and a proud member of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services). For more than ten years we have built critical business software for clients in many industries.

We build custom systems around what each client needs, and we also offer two SaaS products of our own: MentorHR for HR and workforce management, and MentorAsset for tracking and managing assets.

Work, SaaS Products & Leadership

As Managing Director, Mohammed Tajul Islam leads product strategy, multi-tenant cloud architectures, and client success:

MentorHR (Workforce SaaS): Our own SaaS platform for HR and workforce management, live and in use at client organizations.
MentorAsset (Asset Tracking SaaS): Our own SaaS platform for tracking assets through their whole life, live at client organizations.
Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture: He directs the cloud architecture, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise reliability of the product ecosystem.
Post-Delivery Support & Workflow Design: We run a support team that looks after clients after delivery, and we design software around how clients really work, to cut down manual data entry.
