Organization Overview

Advance Training & Testing Center (ATTC) is a residential training and trade-testing center in Dhaka. It prepares workers for jobs abroad, and helps employers find the right people through careful skill checks and interviews.

ATTC has a large campus with an on-site hostel for up to 200 trainees, a canteen and round-the-clock CCTV security. It is close to the diplomatic missions of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Leadership

As Proprietor & CEO, Mohammed Tajul Islam oversees technical training, trade-testing standards, and campus operations:

Five-Trade Practical Training: We run hands-on training in five core construction trades: plastering, tiling, formwork carpentry, bricklaying and bar bending. Trainees work in realistic, simulated site conditions.
Trade-by-Trade Testing: We test workers trade by trade against what overseas employers ask for.
Skill Assessment & Candidate Matching: We arrange skill tests and face-to-face interviews for recruiting companies, so verified candidates meet the right employers.
Large Residential Campus: A large campus with a hostel for up to 200 trainees, an on-site canteen and CCTV security, close to the diplomatic missions of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
Training, Quality & Compliance Standards: He establishes the vocational training curriculum, quality metrics, and international compliance standards for the center.
